Why does everyone assume that PMS turns all women into bitches and that's the end of it? That is not my biggest problem.

Because the more angry it makes you, the more angry you are about being angry.
And someone telling you that breathing exercises and yoga can be very beneficial when you have PMS is just going to exacerbate the problem.
